Zazzle Customer Service Hold Times
It seems almost every time I try and call Zazzle about something whether it be an order or a question about a store as a seller I am on hold for a really long time. This time I decided to take a screenshot to show you how long. The call actually went about 90 seconds longer than this last screenshot.
Do you think that is an acceptable time to be on hold to talk with a person?
