Spreadshirt Releasing Digital Direct Printing in Europe in June

Spreadshirt released Digital Direct earlier this year in the U.S. and recently announced they will be offering the same print technology in Europe in mid-June. The Digital Direct method will replace their Digital Transfer printing but they will continue offering flex and flock printing. They posted the picture of their printer above and if you know what brand/model it is please let us know.

We installed a Kornit 931DS in our new HQ and production building in Leipzig.
Due to our high volumes at the moment there might be a small delay. You may find the latest news in our forum or in the blog.

Great! Thanks for letting us know.

Matt

That be a Kornit Matt. Yeah I know Jens just said it.

You’ll be needing a few more of those won’t ya Lens?

@Adam: yes we do. but actually - as you might know - we like plot printing a lot and try to encourage our partners and customers to use our superior flex und flock printing.

I wonder if this is the same type of direct to fabric technology that Cafe Press uses? I’d like to know. If anyone knows, then e-mail me.

Steve :~)

I am not sure about the model numbers or modifications but I have heard Cafepress does use Kornits.
