Cafepress announced this morning that they have dropped the ability to choose Heat Transfers for printing on most of their apparel. It was two years ago that Cafepress started using Direct Print but left the option open to choose whether you wanted Heat Press or Direct Print. Well, the Heat Press is going bye-bye so [...]
Free T-shirts for Blogging about the Spreadshirt Marketplace (and US!)
Within the past week I have heard of multiple companies that are giving away free t-shirts for blogging, voting for their blog, or providing news stories (details on those later). The idea is brilliant because giving away t-shirts that cost a few bucks to make but getting countless backlinks and promotion.
So am I going [...]
Spreadshirt Open Logo Project - End of Week 6
The Spreadshirt Open Logo Project is slowly winding down with the close of week 6 (only 1 week to go!). The contest has obviously made a few folks happy (i.e. the finalists) but I am sure its very disappointing to all those who have not had their logo chosen. But that is the nature of [...]
WI-FI T-Shirt Review and Ramblings about Dynamic Shirts
Think Geek announced they will soon be selling a Wi-Fi Detector T-shirt. Of course we want easier ways to finding wifi but…how fun is making your t-shirt more useful that self-expression and covering your body? A Great New Look at ChoiceShirts.com
ChoiceShirts had a makeover yesterday and the site looks great. It’s previous appearance was good but really had the appearance of a stereotypical t-shirt shop that was limited to licensed t-shirt designs. The new site has a very pleasant and clean appearance and the reduction of a zillion categories that used to run wayyy down [...]

However, in years past I always waited too long to order one online and never really had a great t-shirt for Halloween. But T-Shirts are easy costumes for Halloween, especially for [...]

ShirtCity launched a sister site (but on the same domain) Scribtee that is a t-shirt competition with $500 awarded bi-monthly. Voting is open for for each design for two weeks by members of Scribtee and Shirtcity. How the winners will be chosen is not exactly clear due to conflicting information on the ShirtCity/Scribtee web site. [...]
Spreadshirt Open Logo Project - End of Week 5
The weeks are buzzing along and the entries keep on coming. Here are the finalists for week 5.
Number 1 is a nice logo but compared with all of the other finalists and creative entries it loses it oomph. For number two I don’t get the blue item on the left. Maybe I need to [...]
