Threadless Clothing - Selling T-Shirts is Big Business
On my way to the Affiliate Summit today I was crammed in a window seat on the airplane reading Entrepreneur magazine while trying not to rub elbows with the woman next to me. In the magazine they feature various Entrepreneurs on their success and pitfalls and guess who was in this months magazine??!?! Give up? Threadless! Threadless built their business on having t-shirt contests where users can submit and review designs. In 2005, Threadless sales were at $6.2 million and look to reach the very impressive $25 million for 2006. Now that is a lot of cotton! With a strong user base of over 300,000 Threadless is here to stay. Great job guys!
